A fully immersive sensory experience

27 August - 21 September

Odette offers a fully immersive sensory experience, where art, gastronomy, and craftsmanship blend in perfect harmony. For a limited time in late summer, Odette will make an exclusive appearance at the Japanese Pagoda, offering guests the opportunity to savour Chef Julien Royer’s classic French cuisine infused with subtle Asian nuances.

The menu is built around the finest seasonal ingredients, including Japanese shellfish, truffles, caviar, Bresse chicken, and freshly picked herbs—each carefully selected and transformed into exquisite dishes. The dessert menu, crafted by the renowned Louisa Lim, presents elegant and balanced sweet creations.

Odette can be experienced in The Japanese Pagoda from August 27 to September 21.
