Despite his young age, Scottish master chef Tristin Farmer has already built an impressive career, working in some of the world's most renowned kitchens.
His culinary talent has played a key role in securing and maintaining Michelin stars at restaurants such as Petrus, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, and Maze by Gordon Ramsay, as well as earning accolades at Marina Social in Dubai. 
In 2018, he moved on to restaurant Zén in Singapore, where he truly excelled, helping to develop its unique concept that blends Nordic and Japanese cuisine. Zén swiftly earned two Michelin stars and was awarded a third in 2021.

A personal culinary vision

The much-acclaimed chef Tristin Farmer has now established his own restaurant in Dubai. When visiting the Japanese Pagoda this summer, guests will enjoy the opportunity to sample his latest, more personal culinary vision. The pop-up restaurant, Maison Dali, is a relaxed brasserie that reflects his gastronomic journey and diverse background as a star chef in London, Dubai, Hong Kong, and, most notably, Singapore.

Maison Dàli x Krug Champagne Dinner

An evening devoted to gastronomy and champagne – where the extraordinary unfolds at The Japanese Pagoda.
The menu is carefully composed and meticulously paired with rare vintages and iconic cuvées from Krug, each selected to highlight the unique character of every dish.

The journey begins with the ocean’s delicate flavors and evolves through deep, savoury notes, subtle spices, and silky textures – elevated by some of the house’s most legendary champagnes.

For one unforgettable night only, Maison Dalí by Tristin Farmer takes over the Japanese Pagoda – inviting you on a sensorial journey where gastronomy, art and wine intertwine in a scenographic experience inspired by the dreamlike universe of Salvador Dalí.

The Ten Divine Dalí Wines – an iconic selection dating back to 1962, including three 1. Grand Cru Classé wines from the already legendary 2022 vintage, hailed as the most exceptional since 1982.

The menu is curated by acclaimed chef Tristin Farmer, celebrated for his poetic precision and unique ability to merge Nordic and Japanese flavours into a sublime harmony. With Michelin stars in both London and Singapore, Farmer has crafted a global culinary voice – now expressed through Maison Dalí in Dubai, where the theatrical, the immersive and the boundless are embraced.

This is more than a dinner. It is a celebration of extravagance – a living artwork, created for this moment only.
