TRI: Thank you for the visit

Since April, TRI from Agger had been based in The Japanese Pagoda, welcoming guests to a culinary experience rooted in the coastal landscapes of northwestern Jutland. Their menu, inspired by salt, wind, and wild nature, was served with a precision that impressed and inspired.

Using ingredients from the North Sea and Limfjorden, foraged herbs, and unwavering craftsmanship, TRI delivered a gastronomic experience that harmonised simplicity and complexity, bridging the local with the international.
