Our exclusive breakfast consists of hand-picked delicacies, a selection of refreshing juices, and aromatic coffee and tea. All served alongside today's news in our peaceful and elegant brasserie.

Enjoy a delicious weekend brunch at Nimb Brasserie

Indulge yourself with a brunch experience in the beautiful and inspiring surroundings of Nimb Brasserie. Our classic brunch is served from October until mid-November, offering a delightful start to your weekend. 

From November 15 to December 28, Nimb transforms into a magical Christmas wonderland, where our Christmas brunch tempts with exquisite dishes and little surprises – a magical experience that will fill you with festive cheer.

Tempting seasonal menus

For each season, the head chef composes a three-course menu of the best ingredients on hand.

Please note:

  • That the seasonal menu is only available in the evening
  • That groups of 10 guests or more are considered a private party, which requires a minimum spend of 1350 DKK

On December 25th and 26th, we invite you to step into a Christmas fairy tale at Nimb. 

Here, classic holiday favorites meet magical Christmas spirit and extraordinary experiences that make the heart sing.  Look forward to an evening filled with cozy moments, fragrant traditions, and little sweet surprises, all to make your Christmas truly special.

Is the New Year's menu set?

Let Nimb elevate your New Year's Eve with an exceptional culinary experience. Our chefs have taken care of everything—simply reheat, plate, and enjoy the meal in the comfort of your home. The menu is carefully crafted with a focus on the season's finest ingredients and Nimb's high standards, ensuring a delightful culinary experience delivered directly from our kitchen to your table. 

Pick-Up: The food can be picked up on 31 December at Tivoli Castle, H.C. Andersens Boulevard 22, DK-1553 Copenhagen, during your selected time slot. A short plating guide is included to ensure you can present the food in the best possible way.

  • The menu is fixed and cannot be altered
  • We do not offer alternative menus for pescatarians, vegetarians, vegans, lactose intolerant, gluten allergy or other allergies
  • A children's menu is not available
  • Please bring your own bag or carrier for picking up the food
  • Please check the contents of the bags upon arrival—the deadline to report missing items is 14:00
