Bar, bubbles & tea

Nimb Bar invites you for an intimate concert featuring a variety of artists at Copenhagen’s most magnificent cocktail bar – we call these events "Nimb Nights", and you’re invited!

Sit back in one of the bar’s soft armchairs and enjoy a glass of champagne while we dim the lights and shake cocktails to mellow tunes delivered by some of Denmark’s most talented live performers. 
When: 25. March, 8. April and 22. April from 20:30 to 23:00. 
Doors open at 20:30, while the concert starts at 21:00. If you would like to start the evening earlier, Nimb Brasserie includes a cocktail bar on the ground floor where you can enjoy delicious cocktails, beer and wines by the glass.

For one night only, Nimb Bar transforms into Mayfair’s iconic The Donovan Bar from Brown’s Hotel in London, in collaboration with Altamura Distilleries. Maestro Salvatore Calabrese and Federico Pavan bring their unparalleled craftsmanship and creative flair to Copenhagen, ready to be experienced live, glass by glass. 
Expect an evening where classic cocktails meet modern innovation. Maestro and Federico serve reinterpretations of iconic drinks such as Bellini and Martini, centered around the silky Altamura Distilleries Vodka, with more surprises revealed only when the glass is raised. 
Savor craftsmanship, creativity, and Italian elegance, an evening where every cocktail tells its own story, and London meets Copenhagen in every sip.

Here, beneath sparkling chandeliers and by the cozy fireplace, you’ll be served elegant sweet and savory treats, carefully selected teas, and experience a touch of Tivoli’s magical atmosphere. On selected Sundays, you can treat yourself to an added touch of luxury with the Afternoon Tea Extraordinaire.

For one unparalleled night only, LOUIS XIII Ambassador Maxime Pulci will grace Nimb Bar, inviting you on an intimate, sensorial journey through one of the world’s most coveted cognacs. Begin with a glass of exquisite welcome champagne, sink into a sumptuous armchair by the fireplace, and let each drop reveal the artistry, mastery, and timeless elegance of LOUIS XIII. This rare tasting is perfectly complemented by a refined selection of culinary treasures, from exquisite caviar to the sublime richness of bellota ham.
