Om Nimb American Bar

In 1911 the sisters Henriette and Serina Nimb opened a "nice little American bar" in the Bazar building, which we today recognise as the original Nimb building. Here the city's socialites could enjoy a cocktail or a "fancy drink" served with light bar snacks such as "Oysters à la Américaine".

As a small tribute to the heritage of the house, we have opened Nimb's American Bar in an updated 2023 version, where you can enjoy both classic hotel cocktails and the bar manager's new interpretations.
