Indulge yourself with a brunch experience in the beautiful and inspiring surroundings of Nimb Brasserie. Our classic brunch is served from October until mid-November, offering a delightful start to your weekend. 

From November 15 to December 28, Nimb transforms into a magical Christmas wonderland, where our Christmas brunch tempts with exquisite dishes and little surprises – a magical experience that will fill you with festive cheer.

A lunch at Nimb Brasserie is an experience for all your senses. Our head chef carefully selects a range of enticing servings and skillfully combines gastronomic tradition with culinary innovation. On the menu, you will find both French classics and our current favorites.

Ask any chef: It begins and ends with the ingredients. That's why we carefully select our suppliers and only collaborate with the best and most ambitious in the industry.

Our team of skilled chefs refines the raw ingredients and combines flavors, consistencies, and textures into sophisticated servings that are a delight for all senses.

The menu changes with the seasons, allowing us to use ingredients when they are at their very best, and surprise you with new, delicate servings.

For each season, the head chef composes a three-course menu of the best ingredients on hand.

• That groups of 10 guests or more are considered a private party, which requires a minimum spend of 1350 DKK
