The Maestro Salvatore Calabrese & Federico Pavan

Two leading figures in international mixology take over the bar for the evening.

Salvatore Calabrese, creator of the iconic Breakfast Martini, has left an unmistakable mark on cocktail culture worldwide for more than 40 years. With an uncompromising dedication to craftsmanship, tradition, and history, he elevates classic cocktails to a level defined by elegance and precision.

Federico Pavan, Director of Mixology at The Donovan Bar, brings the contemporary expression and technical finesse. With roots in Verona and a refined craft shaped in Madrid, he has worked closely with Maestro Salvatore Calabrese since 2012 and has played a key role in shaping The Donovan Bar’s modern style since its opening in 2018.

Together, they unite the familiar with the innovative, creating cocktails where quality, energy, and innovation go hand in hand.

Altamura Distilleries Vodka

Altamura Distilleries frames the collaboration for this evening. Altamura Distilleries Vodka is characterised by a soft and rounded texture, morbida as the Italians call it, along with a discreet umami finish. The bottle’s expression draws inspiration from its home region of Puglia and reflects a simple, Italian approach to form and aesthetics.
