Start Good Friday with a brunch in the heart of Copenhagen. At Nimb Brasserie, we invite you to enjoy our well-known brunch in beautiful surroundings with time and space to savour the day.
The brunch menu is served in several courses and features selected classics such as skyr with homemade granola, cold-smoked salmon and Nimb’s Eggs Benedict. Finish with a sweet course while letting Good Friday unfold at a gentle pace.

Easter Lunch at Nimb Brasserie
Celebrate Easter with lunch in the heart of Copenhagen. At Nimb Brasserie, we invite you to enjoy a Easter Lunch where spring sets the tone and there is time to savour the meal.
The menu begins with a light starter of halibut with lumpfish roe, followed by stuffed poussin breast with seasonal green notes, and finishes with rhubarb parfait and vanilla ice cream.

Fru Nimb Easter Lunch
Celebrate Easter with lunch in the heart of Tivoli. At Fru Nimb, we invite you to enjoy a cosy Easter lunch where warm hospitality and the finest seasonal ingredients take centre stage.
The menu features pan-fried breaded plaice with hand-peeled shrimp and lemon, followed by a crisp vol-au-vent with confit chicken, white asparagus and a creamy velouté.

A little extra pampering
Afternoon Tea Extraordinaire
First Sunday of the month we add a little extra enjoyment to the day and serve "Afternoon Tea Extraordinaire".
As always, Afternoon Tea is served by the crackling log in Nimb Bar - but with just that little extra luxury you dearly deserve. Nimb's chefs lend their masterly talents to the finest produce in season, while Nimb Bar will serve a glass of sparkling Ruinart Brut.
On the grand piano - Jordan Jackson
Jordan Jackson creates a cosy backdrop to our Afternoon Tea Extraordinarire with her soulful voice. Accompanying herself on the piano, expect a mix of soul, jazz and pop numbers with some festive tunes.
