For the first time, the Michelin-starred restaurant Saporium from Borgo Santo Pietro takes up residence in Tivoli. Under the direction of head chef Ariel Hagen, guests are invited to discover a special menu where classic Italian virtues meet modern interpretations.
Hagen and his team embrace a farm-to-plate philosophy, placing seasonality, nature, and raw ingredients at the very centre. In its very first year, the restaurant was awarded both a Michelin star and a Green Star for its dedication to sustainability.
Expect everything from handmade pasta and risotto to surprising creations that challenge the senses – crafted by a team that seamlessly unites Tuscan tradition with contemporary innovation.
