At Nimb Hotel, we strive to provide a comfortable and accessible stay for all our guests.

We offer rooms that are particularly suitable for wheelchair users, with extra space for easy navigation, spacious bathrooms, and the option to install grab bars by the toilet. Upon request, we are happy to provide a stool for the shower, and we can also assist with booking a wheelchair for use during your stay.

All floors at Nimb Hotel – including the roof terrace, bar and restaurant – are serviced by an elevator, making the entire hotel easily accessible for wheelchair users.

As not all rooms are wheelchair accessible, we kindly recommend contacting our booking team when making your reservation – we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We are delighted to welcome well behaved four legged friends at Nimb and we will happily take your dog for a walk while you settle in to the hotel.

Please advise us at the time of booking, if you will be bringing your dog, so that we can have everything ready for your arrival.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in Tivoli Gardens (except for the Dog’s Day). Dogs are not allowed in Nimb’s restaurants either - guide dogs excepted.

You will be held liable for any damage your dog may make to Nimb Hotel doing your stay.

The Nimb is entirely a non-smoking property with a ‘no smoking’ policy in place throughout the entire hotel. Smoking is permitted outdoors and there is a designated area below the Brasserie terrace facing Tivoli Gardens.  

We courteously ask you to respect this policy and advise, that any guest found in breach of this non-smoking policy will be charged additional cleaning fees, equal to 1 nights charge, as smoke lingers and we struggle to remove all odors from bedrooms and textiles.  Guests who fail to comply with the hotel’s non-smoking policy may be requested to vacate their hotel room and the premises and forfeit any deposits made with the hotel.

On arrival at the hotel, Nimb front desk kindly requires a credit card pre-authorisation to cover the value of your stay plus 1,000 DKK of incidentals per day. If you wish to settle your account by cash, your identification is required along with full accommodation prepayment, and an incidental deposit of 1,000 DKK per day. 

A cancellation charge will be incurred where a cancellation is received after 15:00 local time, 72 hrs prior to the day of arrival. Should a cancellation be received outside of these terms, or in the case of a no-show, a one night charge at the agreed accommodation room rate will be levied.

Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to hotel@nimb.dk. If made by phone to +45 88 70 00 00, please ensure you receive a follow up e-mail confirmation of cancellation from front desk or take note of the cancellation number quoted.
