Look forward to the best evenings of summer on Nimb Roof – Nimb Hotel’s rooftop terrace.
Selected Wednesdays Nimbs chef's will prepare an exquisite 3 course meal based on the season’s delicious produce.
The live band will take to the stage at 19:30 to play a mellow repertoire of soul, R’n’B and jazz-inspired melodies, which you can sit back and enjoy with views to the city’s most magnificent sunset.
There is access to Nimb Roof from 18:00 to 18:30 with live music from 19:30 to 20:00 and again from 21:00 to 22:00.

Scallop terrine with cauliflower and black olives - served with a rich sauce with roe and herbs
Main course
Grilled rack of lamb with thyme and lemon, chanterelles, late summer greens and potatoes - served with truffle gravy
Dessert
Late summer berries with vanilla cream, merinque and sorbet

In the event of unfavourable weather, the dinner concert will be relocated indoors.
