Cakenhagen x Valrhona
In close collaboration with the French chocolate house Valrhona, Cakenhagen’s head pastry chef has created Red Kiss – an elegant and balanced cake that brings together sweet, tangy and crunchy elements.
The cake features a smooth raspberry chocolate mousse with a centre of raspberry and yuzu, surrounded by pistachio crémeux and finished with a pistachio crunch. A pastry with freshness, depth and delicate chocolate details.
