A fairy-tale cocktail menu
Nimb is all about storytelling, through our architecture and décor. Naturally, at Nimb Bar our cocktails are our stories. The Nimb building itself was inaugurated in 1909 as a Moorish-inspired palace, where visitors to Tivoli Gardens could experience a little touch of Arabic culture and dream away to distant lands at a time when exotic travels were far less common.
This is the second fairytale menu at Nimb Bar that pays tribute to the heritage of the Nimb building, this time drawing inspiration from the tales of A Thousand and One Nights.
