Delicacies from the grill with an Asian touch

Nimb Bar'n'Grill has offered Copenhagen diners delicious grilled meats since 2011. We will continue to do so, although we are now headed by two skilled chefs from Thailand who have formerly worked at Copenhagen’s leading Kiin Kiin restaurant and who are set to give a new, more Asian direction to our menus, adding an exotic touch to our barbecued dishes. Look forward to savoury steaks with classic side dishes and garnish, but also new favourites, such as grilled Norway lobster with yam dressing, bao with rib-eye steak and oysters with bergamot and green chili.

The ingredients I have grown up with

“A steak house is perhaps best known for serving steaks, pommes frites and béarnaise sauce, so it’s very exciting for me to show that barbecued dishes can be elevated and given a new and interesting direction using the ingredients I have grown up with. Guests can expect both elegant and intense flavours of fish sauce, lime, coconut, passion fruit, chili, lemongrass, coriander and more,"
