Pastry chef & chocolatier

Torben Bang is the dynamo behind Nimb's afternoon tea, a pastry chef with both domestic and international experience. He did his apprenticeship at a small bakery in Mariager on Funen and has since received his credentials at Kransekagehuset in Copenhagen.
His passion for the sweet and delicate has led to him serving as pastry chef at both Falsled Kro and Knipschildts Chocolatier in the United States.
Finally, we get to enjoy his art here at Nimb Bar.

All our teas are from the acclaimed tea house TWG that celebrates the tradition of providing high quality tea – a tradition Singapore has been known for since 1837.


French Earl Grey

Chocolate Earl Grey
