Learn to make delicate and beautiful Danish cream puffs (Flødeboller) under the skilful guidance of Cakenhagen’s master confectioners. You will learn the whole process from A to Z so you can continue making dream cream puffs at home. Naturally, you are also free to bring home the cream puffs you make during the course.
Coffee, tea and hot chocolate and a few tasting samples will be served along the way.

Learn how to make Danish cream puffs (group bookings)

Cakenhagen is now open for group bookings on how to make Danish cream puffs (Flødeboller), which are chocolate-coated marshmallow treats. The courses are suitable for both private and corporate groups seeking a fun and entertaining experience. The skilled confectioners at Cakenhagen will demonstrate how to temper chocolate so all you need to do is learn how to coat and decorate the marshmallow foam filling. There will be plenty of opportunity to pose questions along the way. Naturally, you are welcome to bring the cream puffs home with you that you create as part of the course.
Coffee, tea and hot chocolate will be served along the way, as well as tastings.

Included in Cakenhagen’s Danish cream puff course
  • 1-1.5 hour cream puff course.
  • Wafer bases and marshmallow foam will be pre-prepared so all you need to focus on is spraying the filling, coating it with chocolate, and decorating the puffs.
  • 6 cream puffs per person, which you can take home.
  • Coffee, tea or hot chocolate as well as tastings along the way.
  • Loan of kitchen utensils and apron.
