Shellfish Buffet

To reduce the risk of COVID-19 contagion, the Nimb Brasseries Seafood Buffet is served as plate service rather than buffet service.

Our love for shellfish abounds at Nimb Brasserie and we’ve always had the pleasure of showcasing our devotion on the menu. Now we’re breathing life into a time-honoured tradition that perhaps our older guests may recall: Nimb’s fantastic shellfish buffet   

We look forward to serving the very best shellfish from our surrounding seas and the following menu will be presented:

Boiled crab claws
Grilled Norway lobster
Peel-and-eat prawns
Rømø prawns
Steamed blue mussels
Fried scallops
Fine de Claire oysters
Gillardeau oysters
Canadian lobster in tarragon boil
Crab salad with crispy brioche
Seafood bisque

As accompaniments, mayonnaise, sourdough bread, lemon, green salad and saffron mayonnaise will be served.

Price: DKK 1.395 including ½ bottle of champagne per person
