At Nimb Brasserie, we get up earlier than most people. By seven in the morning, we're ready to open our doors and serve breakfast, freshly brewed coffee, fruit juice and the morning papers.

Every day we offer a delicious breakfast buffet and included in the price is also an à la carte dish. Delight in Nimb’s house-made pancakes, an avocado sandwich, eggs benedict or something divinely different.

PORRIDGE OF OATMEAL - A breakfast classic - please ask the waiter for gluten or lactose free options 

NIMB'S RYE BREAD PORRIDGE - Traditional Danish rye bread porridge - served with sea buckthorn and whipped cream

CHIA PORRIDGE - Chia porridge with chia seeds, almonds, cranberries and hemp seeds

VANILLA YOGHURT - Served with Nimb’s house-made chocolate muesli and blueberries

BRUSCHETTA - Grilled bread with avocado, marinated tomato, goat cheese and fresh herbs

AVOCADO - Rye bread toast with avocado, bacon “Vesterhavsost” (cheese) - served with poached egg and topped with fresh herbs 

MUSHROOM TOAST - Suatéed mushrooms with truffle purée, truffle mayonnaise, lardo and watercress

EGGS BENEDICT - Eggs Benedict with ham or cold-smoked salmon on English muffin - served with sautéed kale and hollandaise sauce

COLD SMOKED SALMON - Cold smoked Danish salmon on grilled bread with cream cheese, radish and herbs

CROQUE MADAME - Croque Madame with ham, “Vesterhavsost” (cheese), bechamel sauce and fried egg

BURRATA - Italian burrata served with Danish air-dried ham, grilled mango and herbs
